Community

The Trust will enable us as a village to build on the spirit of community which has been built up on Cotesbach Estate over the past two decades – many events have focused on the Stable Yard, which is adjacent to the Schoolhouse, and which has been a hub of rural activity for over 500 years. Together with its educational aims, the Schoolhouse will provide and essential information point and facilities for holding a variety of events, and it will also become a source of volunteer and paid job opportunities.
